| Bill Clem is a native Californian with 34 yrs of dirt bike riding and racing experience. His first ride was in 1972 on a taco 44 minibike. Bill is a real dirt bike junkie and has never stopped racing or riding since 72. Bill gained his experience racing the California circuit including Saddleback, Carlsbad, Indian Dunes and Ascot to name a few. Even today you can see Bill challenging the best riders in the vintage world for a top podium position.
Bill has a vast mechanical background working as a Nissan master tech, motorcycle mechanic and a head motocross team mechanic in 1999 for the Edgesports.com national motocross team. Bill is a 16 year AHRMA member and has enjoyed racing and restoring bikes. All of his friends know Bill as the first guy to lend a hand or help with a technical answer,. They also know Bill as a master restorer of dirt bikes. Bills bike restorations are second to none with many bikes landing in collections and one gracing the cover of the third issue of VMX magazine!
Bill can handle everything from a AJS vintage bike to a Modern Honda CRF 450. His restorations not only look the part they are mechanically sound, something most 'restorers' don't bother to do. So if you want the best of the best and not a polished pile that won't even start, call Bill. |
